5G Module design manager, Located in Taipei
Key Responsibilities
• Technical Leadership & Planning: Define the technical roadmap and hardware architecture for Sub-6 GHz 5G modules.
• Project Management: Own development schedules and manage the complete product lifecycle from EVT, DVT, PVT to mass production (MP).
• Vendor Management: Work closely with chipset vendors (e.g., Qualcomm, MediaTek) to secure technical support and evaluate new platforms.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with RF, baseband, layout, software, and test teams to resolve critical technical challenges during development.
• Talent Development: Mentor team members, establish standardized development processes, and continuously enhance overall team technical capability.

此職位將負責國際大型 Cloud / CSP 客戶之 AI Server Power 專案，除了參與新一代高功率密度電源產品開發，也將逐步承擔 Technical Leadership、Project Management 與 Team Building 職責。
不要求一定具備正式 People Management 經驗。 若您目前是 Senior / Principal Engineer，已能獨立 Lead Project、進行技術決策並帶領其他工程師，也非常適合此職位。
Key Responsibilities
1 負責 AI Server / Cloud Computing Power 相關產品之研發與技術規劃。
2 Lead Power Project，負責電源架構評估、Circuit Design、Simulation、Prototype 及 Validation。
3 研究與導入新型 Power Topology、Control Technology、高功率密度及高效率電源技術。
4 負責關鍵磁性元件之設計、模擬與驗證。
5 主導產品從 Design → Validation → Safety Certification → Mass Production 的完整開發流程。
6 與客戶及內部跨部門團隊合作，進行 Technical Discussion、Issue Analysis 與 Design Optimization。
7 擔任團隊 Technical Leader，協助工程師進行 Design Review、Troubleshooting 及技術能力提升。
8 隨著團隊持續擴編，逐步承擔 People Management、Resource Planning 及 Team Development 職責。
