- Communicate regularly with peers and senior management to foster collaboration and ensure the successful launch of new services in line with the overall management plan.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity closely to identify new growth opportunities such as service expansion or acquisitions.
- Oversee operations teams across multiple locations, providing guidance to ensure consistent departmental progress and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage field heads and their teams by facilitating resource allocation, knowledge sharing, and the introduction of innovative services.
- Support the resolution of claims or complaints by assisting both the Business Manager and Technical Manager in maintaining client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Technical Manager to uphold certification rules and accreditation requirements, driving improvements at every operational level.
- Promote a culture of safety by consistently applying health and safety policies for employees and clients alike.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity by adhering strictly to codes of conduct and professional ethics.

- Minimum college degree in electronics, electrical engineering or related discipline is required for this position.
- At least 15 years’ direct experience managing operations within Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) environments relevant to product safety lines is essential.
- Demonstrated track record as a product safety certification reviewer (ITAV or MED or MD) for at least five years is mandatory.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of analytical processes within electronic communication labs (Safety/MD), optic labs (LED/electro-optical equipment), or calibration labs (electronic/refrigeration equipment).
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical experts, sales professionals, and management staff across multiple departments.
- Proven capability in coordinating teams towards common objectives while motivating individuals through supportive leadership.
- Excellent communication skills paired with strong interpersonal abilities are vital for building trust-based relationships internally and externally.
- Extensive familiarity with international standards and specifications used throughout the TIC industry is expected.
- Systematic approach to problem-solving combined with sensitivity to market insights ensures effective decision-making under pressure.
- Project management licence is considered advantageous but not essential.
