What you'll do:

- Maintain a comprehensive certification master schedule to ensure all compliance activities align seamlessly with overall system product timelines.
- Review supplier compliance reports and certificates meticulously, validating their completeness and conformity with regulatory standards.
- Monitor supplier certificate renewals closely, ensuring timely updates and uninterrupted compliance coverage across all components.
- Provide backup support for compliance test report execution, certificate management, and product marking implementation to guarantee accuracy and punctuality.
- Follow up proactively with suppliers regarding certification activities, status reporting, and escalate risks or delays when necessary to maintain progress.
- Coordinate with suppliers to implement changes resulting from regulatory updates or revisions in test standards, ensuring seamless adaptation.
- Offer backup support for regulatory compliance readiness across multiple international markets including US, EU, Asia, collaborating closely with suppliers to address gaps.
- Assist in maintaining and continuously improving compliance management guidelines so documents remain accurate and audit-ready at all times.
- Participate actively in workshops and training sessions aimed at strengthening job skills and staying abreast of evolving compliance regulations.

- A solid understanding of regulatory standards such as UL, CB, CE, CCC, along with familiarity with related schemes is highly desirable.
- Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills are necessary for effective reading, writing, and speaking across diverse teams.
