HW/RF Manager - 5G Module

5G Module design manager, Located in Taipei Key Responsibilities • Technical Leadership & Planning: Define the technical roadmap and hardware architecture for Sub-6 GHz 5G modules. • Project Management: Own development schedules and manage the complete product lifecycle from EVT, DVT, PVT to mass production (MP). • Vendor Management: Work closely with chipset vendors (e.g., Qualcomm, MediaTek) to secure technical support and evaluate new platforms. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with RF, baseband, layout, software, and test teams to resolve critical technical challenges during development. • Talent Development: Mentor team members, establish standardized development processes, and continuously enhance overall team technical capability.

Requirements
• Education: Master’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Communications Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 8 years of experience in wireless communication development.
o At least 3 years of people or team management experience.
• Technical Expertise:
o Strong knowledge of 3GPP standards (LTE / 5G NR).
o Solid understanding of 5G module hardware architecture, including RF front-end, power management, and high-speed interfaces such as PCIe and USB 3.0.
o Hands-on experience with high-frequency circuit design and analysis of signal integrity (SI) and/or power integrity (PI).
• Language Skills:
o Proficient in both Chinese and English, with experience communicating in meetings with global customers or suppliers
