【Drone】Product Manager

A leading autonomous systems company seeks a Product Manager (Drone) in Taiwan to drive next-generation drone products from concept to launch, connecting customer needs, engineering, manufacturing, and global strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product vision and requirements for autonomous system hardware and software platforms, prioritising strategic features and development roadmaps
• Translate market trends, field telemetry, and customer pain points into actionable product requirements that guide research and development priorities and innovation
• Lead new product introduction milestones, coordinating systems, firmware, hardware engineering, supply chain, and operations for seamless execution
• Manage project timelines, budgets, validation, and risks to ensure high-quality products are delivered to market on schedule
• Drive global go-to-market strategy, defining product positioning, value propositions, and competitive pricing to strengthen market and brand impact
• Enable sales and marketing through technical materials and competitor insights, while aligning executives, technical teams, manufacturing, and external partners

Candidate profile:

• 3+ years’ hands-on product or project management experience in electronics or computer manufacturing
• Experience with PCs, servers, embedded systems, or other high-tech hardware platforms
• Full lifecycle experience managing mature new product implementations from development through manufacturing and launch
• Strong understanding of hardware development, manufacturing workflows, and software integration processes
• Proven product marketing skills in market sizing, competitor analysis, customer needs assessment, and go-to-market strategy execution
• Fluent Mandarin and business English, with strong communication, presentation, technical writing, negotiation, and global stakeholder management skills
