• Over eight years of proven experience in product management within information engineering or electrical/electronic engineering fields.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information engineering or electrical/electronic engineering-related disciplines.
• Fluent English language skills across listening, speaking, reading, and writing; able to communicate effectively with global partners.
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategies aligned with market demands for AI workloads.
• Experience leading supplier selection processes and conducting technical validation of hardware components.
• Expertise in bill of materials optimisation for cost-competitive solutions targeting enterprise customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration across engineering, sales, supply chain, and ecosystem partners.
• Familiarity with new product introduction (NPI) cycles from concept through mass production.
