  • Validate and test cooling systems rigorously, establishing comprehensive databases for future reference and continuous improvement of system performance
  • Develop complete thermal systems by integrating structures, mechanisms, and instrumentation elements tailored to solve specific customer challenges from concept through operation
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless build, test, integration, and operational phases of thermal components
  • Perform detailed trade studies within mechanical and thermal subsystems to achieve optimal balance between performance requirements and system resource constraints
  • Design robust cooling systems for battery modules, ensuring all requirements, interfaces, and interactions are clearly defined to meet targeted performance outcomes
  • Document all engineering processes meticulously to support knowledge sharing across the team and facilitate future enhancements or troubleshooting efforts

  • Familiarity with industry-standard simulation software (such as ANSYS Fluent or similar) for modelling complex thermal phenomena
  • Excellent documentation skills enabling clear communication of engineering processes for team-wide knowledge sharing
  • Strong interpersonal abilities supporting effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams throughout project lifecycles
