Key responsibilities:

As a Product Quality Manager based in New Taipei City, you will play an integral role in ensuring that every product released meets rigorous standards for reliability and performance.   • Define comprehensive product validation protocols and manage reliability testing procedures to ensure products meet stringent quality standards
  • Monitor field failure data, warranty returns, and customer feedback meticulously to identify trends and drive root cause analysis for continuous product improvement
  • Conduct thorough supplier audits and regular performance reviews to maintain high levels of supplier accountability and quality assurance
  • Lead supplier corrective actions by initiating defect prevention projects and supporting continuous improvement efforts across the supply chain
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters between engineering teams, suppliers, and regional customer support groups
  • Provide clear and regular updates to senior management regarding field quality issue resolution progress and ongoing improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that enhance overall product reliability and customer satisfaction
  • Support the implementation of best practices in quality management systems throughout the organisation
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote awareness of quality standards among internal teams
  • Champion a culture of open communication, inclusivity, and shared responsibility for product excellence
