A leading EdTech organisation seeks a Product Designer in Taiwan to drive AI-powered product innovation, create intuitive UI/UX experiences, and shape the future of digital learning.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design, from user research and information architecture to wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity interfaces, and developer-ready specifications
• Drive product optimisation by identifying user-focused improvements that enhance experience, usability, and business outcomes while balancing technical and resource constraints
• Own and evolve design systems, component libraries, and design standards to ensure consistency, improve collaboration, and scale design quality across products
• Integrate AI tools into design workflows to accelerate prototyping, user research, insight generation, and cross-functional collaboration
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user problems, validate solutions, and deliver impactful, user-centred product experiences
• Champion design excellence by embracing emerging design and AI trends, sharing best practices, and fostering continuous learning across the team

Candidate profile:

• 3+ years' experience designing digital products across websites, SaaS platforms, and cross-platform mobile applications
• Proficient in Figma, FigJam, and Notion, delivering wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and design documentation
• Experience in agile product environments, building scalable design systems, component libraries, and design standards
• Strong understanding of RWD and HTML/CSS fundamentals, enabling effective collaboration with engineers and technically feasible designs
• Skilled in user research, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration, translating insights into intuitive, high-impact product experiences
• Adaptable and growth-oriented, with a passion for emerging design trends, AI-enabled workflows, and continuous learning
