[World First-Tier Company] Data Operation Analyst

Seeking an On-site Data Operations Analyst in Hsinchu for a tech giant. Requires 5+ years experience and mandatory semiconductor, CM, or ODM domain knowledge. Pure data engineering profiles will be rejected. Must have an operations-first mindset and fluent English to translate production data like NPI and ECN into strategic business decisions.

What You’ll Do

• The Strategic Liaison: Serve as the core interface between global business stakeholders, technical engineering teams, and Contract Manufacturers (CMs/ODMs) to translate operational needs into technical data specs.

• Full-Lifecycle Production Analysis: Deeply analyze complex manufacturing events, build data, test logs, Engineering Change Notices (ECN), New Product Introduction (NPI), and sustaining operations data.

• Operations-Driven Problem Solving: Independently query and investigate large datasets to solve critical operational bottlenecks, enabling fact-based, business-first decision-making across the supply chain.

• Metrics & Visualizations: Design, develop, and maintain high-level interactive dashboards (Tableau / Power BI) to track manufacturing quality, yield, and operational KPIs.

• Data Quality Governance: Establish validation and reconciliation logic to ensure production-level data completeness and consistency across all upstream and downstream pipelines.

What You’ll Bring

• Mandatory Domain Expertise: Proven experience working within semiconductor manufacturing, CM, or ODM environments is strictly required.

• Operational Blueprint Knowledge: Solid understanding of manufacturing execution landscapes, including NPI, ECN, test logs, and sustaining processes.

• Technical Toolkit: Proficient in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience utilizing cloud data platforms (AWS, Databricks, Azure, Snowflake, etc.).

• Profile DNA: An Operations-first mindset. Candidates with only generic reporting experience or pure data engineering/infra profiles will not match this client's specific expectations.

• Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role (Fresh graduates or junior reporting profiles will not be considered).

• Global Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to confidently present and negotiate data requirements across cross-border technical and business teams.
