On behalf of a leading Global Financial & Insurance Group, we are seeking talented Business Analysts / System Analysts to join their expanding team in Taipei. This role is a vital bridge between business operations and technical delivery. This position provides a clear growth trajectory for professionals looking to master advanced technical data skills (SQL).

What You’ll Do

• Requirement Transformation: Communicate effectively with business units to capture requirements and translate them into clear, actionable system specification documents (BRD, FRD, and process flowcharts).

• Project Lifecycle Support: Assist in comprehensive project requirement analysis, functional design, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with development and QA teams to ensure system implementations strictly align with both business logic and strict regulatory requirements.

• Continuous Optimization: Participate actively in core system optimization, business process re-engineering (BPR), and workflow improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• Core Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst (BA) or System Analyst (SA), with expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and cross-departmental coordination.

• Technical Appreciation: A background in programming or computer science is highly preferred, enabling you to understand system architecture and communicate fluently with developers.

• Financial/Industry Acumen (Major Plus): Familiarity with financial/accounting workflows (General Ledger, AP/AR, reporting) is highly preferred. Prior experience in the insurance sector (policy administration, claims, reinsurance, billing) is a distinct advantage.

• Growth Mindset: A strong desire to master SQL for data analysis and learn BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) methodologies to unlock higher compensation and promotion tiers.

• Key Traits: Exceptionally clear logic, a high sense of responsibility, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a passion for process improvement.
