[Premium EC] Flutter Developer

A leading culture, retail, and lifestyle brand is looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer to join their Information and Business Application Innovation (ICI) division.

Key responsibilities:

• Cross-Platform Development: Utilise Flutter to design, develop, and maintain high-performance cross-platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to develop customer-facing web and mobile products, ensuring on-time delivery according to product timelines
• Optimisation & Quality Control: Continuously optimise app development processes and code architecture to enhance development efficiency and overall software quality

Candidate profile:

• Core Experience: At least 3 years of overall professional experience, including over 2 years explicitly focused on product development. A proven track record in Flutter project development is required
• Native Capabilities: Hands-on native mobile development experience in either iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with RESTful API integration, Git version control, and established collaborative workflows. Candidates should possess an excellent coding style
• AI-Assisted Development: Ability to leverage AI tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT) for code completion, refactoring, and code reviews. You should be proactive in writing clear technical documentation and API specifications to optimise AI collaboration, understanding how to write clear comments and documentation to maintain an AI-friendly dev environment
• Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Clean Architecture design patterns and at least one state management tool (such as BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod). Knowledge and practical experience with CI/CD pipelines is a strong plus
• Soft Skills: High passion for product development, strong communication skills, excellent time management, and a collaborative team mindset. You should have a user-centric approach to frontend development, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to discuss and share technical architecture with the team.
• Language Proficiency: Intermediate English proficiency across listening, speaking, reading, and writing
