A leading multinational group seeks a Platform Lead in Taiwan to drive enterprise-wide data and AI transformation, shaping data strategy and delivering business insights that accelerate growth and strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a group-wide Data & AI strategy, aligning business units to deliver scalable transformation initiatives
• Identify opportunities to leverage enterprise data, improving operational efficiency, business performance, and commercial growth
• Partner with senior leaders to define and prioritise data-driven initiatives that support corporate strategy and business outcomes
• Establish enterprise data standards and governance frameworks to deliver consistent, reliable insights across the organisation
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify practical use cases that accelerate digital transformation and business value
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and decision frameworks that enable data-driven strategic decision-making
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and support M&A data integration to align data strategies across the group

Candidate profile:

• Over 10 years' experience in Product Management, Strategy, Data Analytics, Consulting, or Digital Transformation within large, complex organisations
• Proven success leading enterprise initiatives across multiple business units, ideally within holding groups, platform businesses, or M&A environments
• Strong expertise in Data Management, Business Intelligence (BI), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Analytics, and Product Management
• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into data-driven initiatives that improve performance and create commercial value
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence executive leaders and align cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Commercially minded and adaptable, thriving in evolving environments while building consensus and driving enterprise-wide transformation
