What you'll do:
* Participate in detailed discovery sessions with customers to understand their business requirements and document specifications that drive project success.

What you bring:
* Demonstrated experience—ideally nine years or more—in manufacturing, production planning, demand management roles or business software consulting within relevant industries.
* A degree at BS/MS/PhD level in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics or related disciplines with an excellent academic record.
* Proficiency with technical tools such as SQL, R, JavaScript or Python; familiarity with manufacturing planning solutions like SAP or JDA is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of supply chain engineering concepts including statistical forecasting, inventory management, material requirements planning (MRP), scheduling and related methodologies.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in English both verbally and in writing across all organisational levels.
* A passion for customer-facing roles demonstrated through outstanding facilitation and presentation abilities during workshops or training sessions.
* Capacity for rapid learning of new applications—including proprietary platforms—and adaptability when faced with evolving project requirements.
* Ability to work collaboratively within teams while also being dependable when working remotely or travelling extensively (up to 75% on average).
* Commitment to upholding best practices in data management and integration activities essential for robust solution delivery.
* Openness to travel frequently as required by client engagements while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
