• Responsible for defining software product objectives and their business value, coordinating stakeholders from various departments, and jointly formulating product strategies that take into account market opportunities and business priorities.
• Lead the product project team to effectively plan the scope of development, set clear milestones, and establish smooth communication and collaboration mechanisms to facilitate teamwork.
• Break down large projects into actionable sub-tasks, allocate responsibilities, set goals and schedules, and manage risk to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Oversee the testing process, evaluate results, and handle troubleshooting to ensure that the final product is delivered to high quality standards.
• Regularly review product performance indicators, proactively promote optimization solutions, and continue to grasp market trends and user needs to maintain competitiveness.
• Produce wireframes or prototypes to assist in system design validation and facilitate team consensus building.
• Actively participate in cross-departmental meetings and discussions to ensure the transparent flow of information and cohesion of the team.
• Analyze user feedback and data reports, and make specific suggestions for improvement to enhance product value.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in software product management or related product development, preferably familiar with SaaS or system integration.
• He has successfully managed large-scale cross-departmental projects, and has good experience in project promotion and risk management capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, as well as cross-departmental coordination and stakeholder management skills, enable the team to work together effectively.
• Excellent logical thinking skills and problem-solving skills, good at systematically analyzing complex situations and making specific suggestions.
• Ability to respond flexibly to the rapidly changing and innovation-oriented start-up technology environment, maintain stable performance and continue to grow under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, able to communicate and collaborate with international teams without barriers to jointly promote the development of global projects.
