Key responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end development and maintenance of core financial systems—including trading platforms, APIs, apps, middle platforms, and web services—ensuring stable, secure, and high-performance operations across all digital channels
• Lead IT team planning and capability building, including workforce allocation, budgeting, performance management, and technical talent development to strengthen long-term engineering capacity
• Safeguard system reliability and regulatory compliance by proactively managing operational risks, ensuring adherence to financial regulations, and responding effectively to critical incidents and peak trading events
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and project integration, enabling seamless coordination across business and technical teams to deliver aligned, high-impact fintech initiatives
• Define IT governance standards and architecture direction while leveraging market and technology insights to enhance API frameworks, improve system interoperability, and support continuous innovation

Candidate profile:

• Experienced technical leader with strong background in financial or trading system environments, ideally with prior exposure to system ownership or platform management roles
• Hands-on expertise in core platforms including trading systems, middle platforms, API services, and large-scale enterprise applications
• Exposure to high-pressure, real-time financial environments requiring strong system stability, security, and performance management
• Strong technical capability in programming (e.g., Java, C#), system architecture, and end-to-end solution integration
• Proven skills in project management, IT governance, cross-functional collaboration, and rapid incident response under critical conditions
