What will you do:

As Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for all aspects of the company's technology roadmap, not only leading the engineers to work collaboratively, but also understanding the business needs and translating them into specific product design strategies. In your day-to-day role, you will lead cross-departmental communication and coordination, allocate resources and budgets effectively, and ensure that projects are delivered on time. In addition, you will also be required to pay close attention to information security issues and lead the information security and MIS teams to safeguard the company's data security and intellectual property interests. • Develop and execute the company's overall technology strategy, framework, and roadmap to ensure that the technology direction is aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the engineering team to collaborate on feature development or project introduction, and promote efficient communication and cooperation between teams.
• Analyze business needs and establish product design strategies, and propose technical solutions with long-term development.
• Rationally allocate development resources and budgets, and effectively control the progress of product projects to achieve milestones.
• Supervise the operation of the information security and MIS team to protect the information security, personal information protection and intellectual property rights and interests of the enterprise.
• Evaluate and import appropriate AI tools or architectures (e.g., Transformer, CNN, RAG, LLM, etc.) based on operational needs.
• Establish and optimize development best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring processes.
• Promote performance optimization measures to improve system stability and maintainability.
• Cultivate team capabilities and promote talent growth through code reviews, technology sharing, and mentoring.

• Master's degree or above, majoring in information, engineering, electrical engineering, asset management or statistics.
• More than 8 years of practical experience in software development, more than 3 years of management experience in leading a R&D team of more than 5 people.
• Familiar with full-end website technology (.NET Core / PHP / Python / Node.js / Javascript framework), with experience in medium and large system design and development.
• He is proficient in mobile app development (Native/Hybrid) and has participated in the entire process of launching iOS/Android apps to the App Store.
• Experience in deploying large-scale systems on cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Familiar with agile development process, good at project management and cross-departmental communication and coordination, and able to solve complex technical problems.
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, and able to work smoothly with international teams.
