【EC SaaS】Frontend Lead

An ECommerce software SaaS company seeks a Frontend Engineering Lead to transform its frontend ecosystem into scalable, AI-powered user experiences by defining architecture, elevating engineering standards, and leading teams to deliver high-impact digital products in Taiwan.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect and own scalable frontend architecture, including frameworks, component systems, and UI patterns to ensure long-term maintainability and performance
• Define and drive frontend engineering standards, elevating quality, accessibility, and development practices across teams
• Lead the design and delivery of AI-native user experiences (e.g., chat, streaming, agent-based interfaces) that enhance product interaction and usability
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate frontend delivery while ensuring production-grade code through rigorous review, refactoring, and oversight
• Mentor and guide frontend engineers while collaborating with Product and UX teams to translate requirements into high-impact, polished user experiences and own delivery of key frontend initiatives

Candidate profile:

• Proven experience in frontend engineering, with strong capability operating in senior or lead-level roles
• Strong expertise in modern frontend technologies including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as React
• Experience working in scalable, product-driven environments with cross-functional collaboration across Product and UX teams
• Strong technical skills in frontend architecture, UI/UX implementation, and delivery of complex end-to-end features
• Experience with design systems, AI-assisted development tools, and mentoring or guiding engineering teams
