A leading organisation is seeking a Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join its Taipei-based team. You will work at the intersection of AI and hardware engineering, supporting the development of advanced consumer devices such as antennas and RF systems.

Key responsibilities:

As a Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you will integrate AI technologies into hardware design workflows to improve simulation accuracy, system performance, and product innovation.

• Apply AI architectures to accelerate consumer hardware design (e.g., antennas and RF systems) to improve overall performance and efficiency
• Develop and implement end-to-end AI-driven system architectures supporting full simulation workflows
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers to analyse simulation data and validate consistency between simulated outputs and real-world measurements after hardware implementation
• Conduct in-depth literature reviews across AI models, wireless communications, antenna theory, and related technical domains
• Source and evaluate academic papers, comparing methodologies and solutions to support engineering decisions
• Perform technical assessments of exhibitors and commercial solutions at trade shows, including SWOT analysis and comparative evaluation
• Prepare research outputs for academic seminars, focusing on AI models, signal analysis, and wireless/RF applications

Candidate profile:

We are looking for a technically strong AI engineer with hands-on experience in machine learning and applied AI within hardware-related environments.

• Familiar with mainstream AI models and capable of implementation
• Familiar with machine learning and genetic algorithms (including variants)
• Basic understanding of antenna and RF principles
