[Huge Global Game Group] Chief Analytics Officer

On behalf of our client—a prominent multinational technology and large-scale online entertainment group—we are seeking a visionary and high-impact Chief Analytics Officer (CAO). Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, this C-level executive will oversee and unify the overall data and analytics ecosystem across approximately 20 subsidiary businesses worldwide.

What you’ll do

• Enterprise Data Strategy & Governance: Oversee, architect, and standardize the end-to-end data strategy across ~20 global subsidiaries, establishing rigid data governance and unified data models.

• Executive Leadership & Board Advisory: Serve as the chief data advisor to the Board of Directors and Group CEO, framing complex analytical findings into actionable strategic initiatives and growth drivers.

• 0-to-1 Infrastructure Scalability: Lead the greenfield design and scaling of multi-entity analytics frameworks capable of processing massive, high-concurrency international traffic.

• Advanced Analytics & Commercial Insights: Drive advanced business intelligence, predictive modeling, and machine learning initiatives to optimize user engagement, product monetization, and operational efficiency across diverse digital product lines.

• Global Team & Cultural Elevation: Build, mentor, and align cross-regional data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence teams to operate with a unified, high-performing engineering culture.

What you’ll bring

• Executive Track Record: Proven experience operating at a senior executive level (VP, SVP, or C-Level in Data/Analytics) within large-scale, multi-subsidiary international technology platforms or high-concurrency digital environments.

• Greenfield Architecture Experience: Hands-on leadership in building multi-entity data structures and enterprise analytics frameworks from 0 to 1 across complex corporate holding structures.

• Industry Openness: Open and comfortable working in the high-concurrency online gaming and digital entertainment sectors.

• Language & Communication Mastery: Exceptional, native-level or fluent business English (written and spoken) with a demonstrated ability to negotiate, align strategy, and present directly to international C-suite executives and Founders/Board members.

• Strategic & Business Acumen: Exceptional ability to connect complex analytical solutions directly to enterprise P&L, customer lifetime value, and organizational growth metrics.
