A leading optical equipment organisation in Taipei is seeking an IT Project Manager specialising in application delivery to lead end-to-end IT initiatives and deliver robust business solutions aligned with global standards.

Key responsibilities:

As an IT Project Manager – Application Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

• Lead end-to-end IT project delivery, from demand intake and feasibility assessment through implementation and successful go-live, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and standards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements, translating business needs into scalable IT solutions with measurable outcomes
• Manage project governance, timelines, budgets, quality assurance, risk mitigation, change management, and delivery accountability to ensure successful project execution
• Oversee the implementation and management of standard, in-house developed, and outsourced applications, ensuring compliance with established methodologies and IT governance frameworks
• Apply project management best practices across planning, business analysis, stakeholder communication, resource coordination, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle
• Partner with cross-functional teams and business units to drive process improvements, leveraging Power Platform solutions to enhance internal workflows and operational efficiency

Candidate profile:

The successful candidate will bring strong project management expertise, application delivery experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams while delivering business-focused technology solutions.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end IT projects rather than project coordination alone
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and tools, with experience in Agile methodologies; PMP and/or ITIL certifications are highly desirable
• Hands-on expertise in Power Platform, process automation, and business solution implementation across enterprise environments
• Broad understanding of business and IT processes, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, finance operations, ERP, CRM, SharePoint, Power Platform, and BI solutions; experience with SAP ERP and Salesforce is advantageous
• Business-fluent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated and highly organised, with strong time management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, capable of thriving in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities under pressure
