Infra Manager

A sports manufacturing organisation in Taiwan seeks an Infrastructure Manager to lead IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available systems across HQ and factory environments.

Key responsibilities:

As an Infrastructure Manager, you will lead IT infrastructure strategy, team development, and operations while ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available systems across HQ and factories.

• Lead and develop the Infra team, driving task allocation, performance management, talent growth, and technical training to build a high-accountability culture
• Manage IT service operations and SLA compliance, including L2/L3 escalation handling, ensuring stable and efficient incident resolution
• Establish and maintain SOPs and technical documentation across systems, data centres, and networks to ensure knowledge continuity
• Own infrastructure strategy across HQ and factory environments, ensuring scalable, secure, and highly available server, storage, and network systems
• Define and execute disaster recovery, backup strategies, and enterprise continuity plans, including regular testing and drills
• Oversee network, cybersecurity, and infrastructure governance, including LAN/WAN/VPN management, firewall policies, and compliance audits
• Lead cross-functional infrastructure projects and technology initiatives, including cloud, automation, and AI adoption, while supporting IT strategy and vendor management

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring strong experience in multi-site IT infrastructure management, with expertise in scalable architecture, operations, networking, cybersecurity, and stakeholder leadership.

• Proven experience leading IT infrastructure teams, driving collaboration, talent development, and high-performing team culture
• Strong background in IT service operations and SLA management, ensuring stable, reliable day-to-day infrastructure performance
• Expertise in infrastructure strategy across servers, storage, and networks, delivering scalable and highly available environments
• Solid experience in disaster recovery planning and backup strategies to ensure business continuity and resilience
• Strong understanding of network architecture and cybersecurity governance, including LAN/WAN, VPN, and security controls
• Experience managing IT audits, budgets, and procurement, with strong attention to compliance and resource efficiency
• Track record of leading cross-functional projects and adopting emerging technologies such as cloud and AI to drive continuous improvement
