About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Recruiting Lead (regional role) to lead our regional talent acquisition efforts across Taiwan and other APAC region. In this critical leadership role, you will shape our hiring strategy, build a strong employer brand, and lead a team to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes—especially for our engineering and technical functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team (Taiwan & Singapore), including coaching and developing team members.

  • Partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for critical roles, with a strong focus on engineering and technical positions.

  • Represent the region in global TA discussions and ensure alignment with global goals.

  • Deliver strong employer branding and candidate experience initiatives across the region.

  • Analyze talent trends and market insights to influence hiring decisions and improve recruitment performance.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and platforms to support hiring needs.


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 8 years of talent acquisition experience, with regional scope and leadership responsibilities.

  • Proven ability to lead a small team (1–2 direct reports) at least 2 companies and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Solid experience in hiring technical and engineering professionals, ideally in manufacturing or industrial sectors.

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in managing conversations with senior leadership.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Mandarin is a plus.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
