Head of Quality Management

A leading global Food and Beverage organisation seeks a Head of Quality Management in Taiwan to lead quality transformation and elevate manufacturing excellence across contract manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of 30 QA and QC professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on quality excellence, collaboration, and continuous development
• Oversee end-to-end quality management systems for contract manufacturing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, consistent product quality, and operational reliability
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with production, engineering, supply chain, and contract manufacturers to strengthen quality standards and deliver continuous process improvements
• Own quality governance by establishing performance metrics, conducting supplier audits, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring adherence to company and regulatory requirements
• Champion continuous improvement by resolving quality issues, leveraging performance data and customer feedback, and implementing initiatives that enhance manufacturing quality and operational outcomes

Candidate profile:

• Demonstrate extensive experience leading large Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams within contract manufacturing or high-volume manufacturing environments
• Possess strong expertise in end-to-end quality management systems, regulatory compliance, supplier quality management, and manufacturing audits
• Bring proven experience partnering with cross-functional teams, external manufacturers, and key stakeholders to drive quality excellence and continuous improvement
• Showcase excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence and develop high-performing teams
• Display a track record of implementing process improvements, resolving complex quality issues, and fostering a culture of operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
