This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and market strategy, working closely with product, technology, and commercial teams to drive business growth across key markets and applications.

What You'll Do

  • Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer requirements, and emerging technologies in optical connectivity and photonics
  • Build relationships with customers, ecosystem partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Support technology roadmap planning and identify opportunities for future product development
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing teams to refine product positioning and value propositions
  • Provide technical and commercial insights to support business strategy and market expansion
  • Act as a subject matter expert for photonic connectivity solutions across cross-functional teams
  • Participate in industry events, customer discussions, and technology forums
  • Support customer engagements by translating technical requirements into business opportunities
  • Coordinate with global teams to drive projects and strategic initiatives

What You Bring

  • Master's or PhD degree in Engineering, Applied Science, Physics, Optics, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in technology, product development, technical marketing, or business development
  • Strong understanding of photonics, optical communications, silicon photonics, or related technologies
  • Experience working with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams in technical environments
  • Knowledge of product strategy, market analysis, and technology commercialization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business functions
  • Experience in semiconductor, networking, data communication, or optical technology industries is preferred
  • Good English communication skills
