Key responsibilities:

As a 3D Generalist within the exhibition design team in Taipei, you will play a pivotal role in bringing imaginative IP concepts to life through spatial visualisation.

• Create detailed 3D models and rendered visuals for exhibition spaces based on IP themes and event requirements, including pop-up stores, temporary events, and exhibition venues
• Collaborate closely with internal design teams, project managers, and external production vendors to translate conceptual designs into actionable spatial solutions
• Support the proposal phase of exhibitions by producing layouts, mockups, and renderings that clearly communicate visual ideas to stakeholders
• Assist in optimising spatial flow, enhancing display effects, and ensuring brand presentation aligns with the intended experience for visitors
• Participate in pre-event onsite design adjustments and communication as needed to ensure seamless execution of exhibition installations
• Contribute to the refinement of exhibition proposals by integrating feedback from various departments and external partners
• Maintain clear documentation of design processes and visual outputs for each project cycle
• Engage in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss progress, and foster an atmosphere of mutual support within the design group
• Provide input on improving workflow efficiency for 3D visualisation tasks within the exhibition design process
• Stay updated on industry trends related to spatial design and rendering tools to continually enhance project outcomes.

Candidate profile:

The ideal candidate for the 3D Generalist position brings hands-on expertise in creating detailed models and renderings using industry-standard software.

• Proven experience in 3D modelling and rendering using tools such as Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp or Cinema 4D is essential for delivering high-quality spatial visuals
• Ability to understand design requirements thoroughly and translate them into visually compelling outputs that align with event objectives
• Basic proficiency in design communication enables effective collaboration across departments as well as with external production partners
• Familiarity with spatial or exhibition design workflows is highly desirable but not mandatory; willingness to learn is equally valued
• Experience working on pop-up stores or exhibition-related projects demonstrates adaptability in fast-evolving environments
• Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator adds versatility when supporting visual outputs during proposal phases
