Ecommerce Traffic Acquisition Manager

A renowned lifestyle brand in Taiwan is seeking an Ecommerce Traffic Acquisition Manager to deliver engaging digital content, drive qualified traffic, and support business growth through innovative campaigns and data-driven strategies.

Key responsibilities:

As an Ecommerce Traffic Acquisition Manager, you will lead the execution of impactful digital campaigns that drive traffic and boost conversions across multiple online platforms.

Achievement of eCommerce Sales and Traffic Targets

  • Aligned with the brand sales calendar, design and execute digital campaign content across brand-owned eCommerce sites to drive sales target achievement
  • Prepare performance reports analysing sales, traffic, and conversion metrics for campaign optimisation and insights

EC Sales Channel Creative Campaigns and Content Execution

  • Develop and deliver compelling sales narratives and promotional content for campaigns across brand-owned eCommerce sites and marketplaces
  • Design, execute, and optimise digital content and traffic strategies to improve acquisition and conversion performance, aligned with annual EC social calendar
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure accurate, timely updates of product pages, content, visuals, and merchandising assets
  • Monitor, analyse, and report campaign and competitor performance, providing insights, recommendations, and regular exposure tracking reports (weekly/monthly)

Planning and Execution of eCommerce Communications

  • Generate and execute creative distribution and digital campaign strategies to drive brand awareness and eCommerce sales, including landing pages, funnel design, copywriting, content creation, and social media assets (images/videos) while managing influencer seeding briefs, execution, and performance tracking
  • Analyse and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, monitoring traffic, conversions, and user behavior to provide monthly insights and optimisation recommendations

Customer Communication and Support

  • Handle inbound eCommerce customer inquiries via email, phone, and other channels, ensuring accurate, timely responses and proper documentation
  • Route inquiries to the appropriate teams or resolve directly when applicable, while providing general office customer service support

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you will bring proven expertise in managing digital content within fast-paced ecommerce environments.

  • 3+ years of experience in site content, eCommerce, digital, or marketing roles
  • 2+ years of social media content creation experience preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) is an advantage with strong knowledge of eCommerce, CMS, SEO, and basic HTML/CSS
  • Excellent analytical skills in customer journey, traffic, and performance data
  • Good communication and coordination skills, with passion for cooking and food photography
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while working independently and cross-functionally
