Brand Manager
A leading global consumer goods organisation seeks a Brand Manager to drive growth of its Pest Control portfolio through product innovation, strategic marketing, and consumer engagement across Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end management of the Pest Control portfolio across Taiwan and Hong Kong, driving brand growth through product innovation, strategic marketing, and portfolio optimisation
- Own portfolio performance with full P&L accountability, leveraging market insights, channel feedback, and business analytics to maximise sales and market share
- Partner with Sales, Media, Supply Chain, Finance, and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns, optimise investments, and achieve commercial objectives
- Translate consumer insights and brand strategy into impactful product launches, localised marketing initiatives, and long-term growth opportunities
- Drive omnichannel brand storytelling through digital content, KOL/KOC partnerships, and data-driven communication strategies to strengthen consumer engagement
Candidate profile:
- 8+ years’ experience in FMCG brand management, new product development (NPD), and integrated marketing communications (IMC), with proven success delivering end-to-end brand initiatives
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset with the ability to translate consumer insights into impactful brand strategies and market initiatives
- Experience managing regional stakeholders and cross-functional teams, building trusted partnerships to drive business outcomes
- Strong project management and execution capabilities, with the ownership and leadership skills to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or above with excellent English communication skills and strong digital capabilities, including social media and Microsoft Office proficiency
