Product Manager, Automobile
A leading automotive organisation seeks a Product Manager (Automobile) in Taiwan to drive product strategy and portfolio growth, strengthening market competitiveness and brand performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product planning and portfolio management, partnering with headquarters, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches and business growth
- Develop product strategies, lifecycle plans, and business cases by analysing market trends, customer demand, and competitor activity to drive sales, profitability, and brand performance
- Own product performance through forecasting, market analysis, and continuous improvement, delivering data-driven insights that optimise product and commercial decisions
- Drive cross-functional launch readiness by coordinating internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless execution and on-time product launches
- Develop product positioning, marketing strategies, and sales enablement materials across ATL, BTL, and dealer channels to maximise market impact and commercial success
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with 8+ years’ experience in product planning or product management
- Strong expertise in product planning, pricing strategies (including EAP/EATP), product lifecycle management, and commercial business case development
- Experience within the automotive industry, preferably with an importer, National Sales Company (NSC), or automotive distributor, supporting cross-functional product and launch activities
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, develop strategic recommendations, and drive data-driven business decisions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
