Brand Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Brand Manager to join a rapidly expanding consumer goods organisation in Taipei, Taiwan.
As the business continues its ambitious growth across the APAC region, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, executing innovative marketing initiatives, and supporting the successful launch and growth of globally recognised brands in Taiwan.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct consumer insights and market research to strengthen brand messaging and deepen understanding of Taiwanese consumers, households, and market trends
- Develop and execute brand growth strategies to achieve business objectives and growth targets
- Partner with local product teams to build strong product knowledge and create effective positioning, marketing communications, and product demonstrations
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing initiatives, including media planning, consumer promotions, public relations, and digital and social campaigns
- Manage and collaborate with external partners, including PR, creative, social, and media agencies, to ensure high-quality campaign execution and content delivery
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise marketing campaign performance through data-driven improvements across media, creative assets, and promotional activities
- Work closely with distributors to align marketing and sales strategies while supporting e-commerce platforms, trade marketing activities, and in-store merchandising
- Manage ATL budgets, oversee PR/PO processes in compliance with finance guidelines, and travel as required to support business initiatives
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with 3–5 years of experience in consumer marketing, marketing communications, or a related field
- Background in FMCG, consumer electronics, home appliances, or other consumer-focused industries is highly preferred
- Proven experience developing local marketing campaigns, managing marketing assets, and leading external agency partners
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, influencer marketing, and performance advertising
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English with excellent verbal, written, and reading communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams, distributors, and external partners
