Senior Product Manager, Beauty
An FMCG company seeks a Senior Product Manager in Taiwan to lead category strategy, IMC campaigns, and end-to-end execution to drive growth and regional collaboration.
Key responsibilities:
As Senior Product Manager, you will develop brand strategy, lead IMC campaigns, and drive consumer growth in medical aesthetics through data-driven insights and cross-functional execution.
- Category Strategy & Growth: Define and implement category vision, translating consumer and market insights into growth plans while partnering with regional/global teams to adapt strategies locally
- IMC Campaign Leadership: Lead 360° IMC (Integrated Marketing Campaigns) campaigns connecting medical science with consumer aspirations, integrating professional advocacy and consumer storytelling across digital, PR, social, and events
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Medical Marketing, E-Commerce, Training, and Sales to ensure seamless execution and align IMC campaigns with both brand equity and commercial goals
- Execution & Business Management: Manage end-to-end campaign execution, lead agencies, optimise ROI, and track KPIs to deliver actionable insights and business results
Candidate profile:
To excel in this role, you bring experience in beauty, skincare, or healthcare, with proven success in brand building, consumer campaigns, and driving commercial growth.
- 7+ years’ experience in product management or consumer marketing within beauty, skincare, healthcare, or FMCG
- Proven track record in brand/category building and leading successful consumer campaigns
- Strong blend of creativity, business acumen, and ROI-driven decision-making
- Hands-on, agile executor with strong analytical skills and storytelling ability
- Effective cross-functional collaborator (Medical, E-Commerce, Training, Sales); Bachelor’s degree or above with fluency in English
