Digital and Social Manager
A leading food service organisation seeks a Digital and Social Manager in Taiwan to drive digital transformation by accelerating eCommerce growth, optimising digital platforms, and strengthening brand performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead integrated digital and omnichannel strategies that strengthen brand visibility, accelerate eCommerce growth, and drive measurable sales conversion
- Own end-to-end digital marketing across social media, CRM, online ordering platforms, and mobile apps, delivering seamless customer journeys that increase engagement, repeat purchases (RPR), and customer lifetime value (LTV)
- Maximise marketing performance by optimising media investment, ROI, and ROAS while governing agency partnerships and leveraging data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness
- Safeguard and elevate brand reputation through strategic public relations, crisis communications, and cross-functional leadership in digital trends, consumer insights, and first-party data strategies
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement while ensuring strong agency governance
Candidate profile:
- Degree-qualified with 6+ years' experience in digital, brand, or consumer marketing, ideally within FMCG, retail, or consumer-facing organisations
- Proven expertise managing digital ecosystems, including mobile apps, LINE Official Account (OA), CRM, first-party data, and omnichannel marketing platforms
- Experience partnering with eCommerce teams, media agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical and leadership skills, with a track record of optimising ROI, ROAS, media performance, and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
- Fluent in English and Chinese, with excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to perform effectively under pressure
