What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with over five years’ experience working on System BIOS projects within complex environments.
• Proven ability to resolve technical issues independently while demonstrating empathy and patience when supporting colleagues facing challenges.
• Extensive hands-on experience with C, C++, firmware development, ARM architectures, computer architecture concepts, assembly language programming; hardware experience is considered beneficial.
• In-depth familiarity with Qualcomm SOCs is required for this position; prior exposure to Qualcomm’s TrustZone App is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated capability in UEFI Firmware development projects involving cross-functional collaboration between hardware and software teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders including engineers, managers, customers, and vendors across different cultures.
• Experience preparing and delivering engaging technical training sessions or presentations tailored to various audiences within an organisation.
