Sales director
The company is looking for a VP of Business with exceptional leadership skills and deep industry connections to lead the sales team in Taiwan to new heights. This position will be responsible for driving the penetration of enterprise-grade solutions into large enterprises, government agencies and educational institutions, and integrating multiple resources with strategic thinking to strengthen the brand's competitive advantage in the regional market.
What you will do:
As Vice President of Business, you will be tasked with leading the Taiwan sales team to achieve revenue growth and market expansion. In this position, you will not only have to develop cooperation opportunities with large enterprises and government units, but also make good use of your industry network resources to accelerate the penetration rate of your company's products in major core purchasing units. At the same time, you will lead the bid planning and bidding process, and grasp every opportunity to turn it into real results. In addition, this position requires you to be flexible in developing regional sales strategies, effectively coordinating diverse team roles in the North, Central and South to achieve annual goals together. In your daily work, you will also need to regularly review your operational performance data and propose specific improvement plans to ensure that profitability targets are met. At the same time, we continue to optimize the internal management system and improve team efficiency. By working closely across departments, you will be able to grasp market feedback information in real time, lead the direction of product optimization, and keep your company at the forefront of the industry. In addition, this position also requires active promotion of channel development strategies and continuous expansion of market territory, which is a senior management position that combines strategic planning, teamwork and market insight.
- Develop and deepen the customer base of large enterprises, and establish solid and long-term partnerships to increase the market share of the company's products.
- Actively expand the cooperation network of government agencies, public departments and educational institutions, and lead the bidding planning, bidding process and follow-up implementation supervision.
- Manage and deepen key accounts relationships to continuously improve customer satisfaction, cooperation depth and market share.
- Develop and implement sales strategies in Taiwan to ensure alignment of plans with global goals.
- Lead the sales team and multi-role teams (business, channel, technology, after-sales) in the north, central and southern regions to jointly achieve annual sales targets.
- He/She is fully responsible for revenue and profitability indicators (P&L) in Taiwan, regularly reviewing performance data and proposing specific improvement plans.
- Establish and optimize sales management systems and processes to effectively improve team efficiency and overall operational performance.
- Develop and promote channel development strategies such as distributors, agents, and system integrators to expand market share.
- Work closely with product, marketing, R&D, customer service, and other departments to quickly integrate market feedback to drive product optimization and strategy adjustments.
- Actively promote the core sales strategy projects of other companies to promote the continuous innovation and growth of the organization.
What you bring:
The ideal VP of Business should have extensive sales experience in the B2B technology industry, as well as years of professional knowledge and practical experience in the IT field. In this role, your industry connections will be indispensable for developing cooperation between large enterprises and government units, as well as a deep understanding of enterprise storage, cloud services, and IT infrastructure to provide the most suitable solutions to customers. Additionally, this position values your negotiation skills and cross-departmental communication skills, enabling you to smoothly coordinate internal and external resources to jointly promote organizational goals. In your daily work, you need to be good at data analysis and report interpretation to accurately grasp the operating status and make informed decisions. If you have led regional revenue strategies or channel layouts, you will be more at home in this position. Fluency in both Chinese and English allows you to confidently tackle the challenges of international occasions or multilingual environments. If you have some knowledge of data center architecture or relevant experience in the cloud, DevOps, etc., it will also be a plus. This position is looking for a talent with professional knowledge, network resources, and excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead the team to higher achievements.
- At least 10 years of sales experience in the B2B technology industry, including more than 6 years of relevant background in the IT field, familiar with industrial ecology and practical processes.
- With rich network resources of large enterprises, government units and channel ecology, it can quickly cut into the core decision-making circle.
- Familiar with enterprise storage, cloud services, video surveillance and IT infrastructure solutions, and relevant project experience is preferred.
- He has led regional revenue strategy planning and channel layout, and it is better to have successful cases to support it.
- Excellent negotiation skills and cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, and can effectively integrate internal and external resources to achieve goals.
- He is good at data analysis and interpretation of operating reports, and can accurately predict revenue and make resource allocation decisions.
- Fluent in Chinese and English communication and presentation skills, can meet the needs of international conferences or multilingual environments.
- Knowledge of data center architecture, such as experience in cloud, DevOps, or software, is preferred.
