As a Cloud Solutions Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a professional business team to drive the development of cloud solutions in the Taiwan market. In this role, you will not only be good at planning and executing effective sales strategies, but also need to flexibly coordinate resources from all parties, actively develop enterprise-level customers and multiple partners, and maintain close ties with international OEMs. You'll drive projects forward through cross-departmental collaboration, reorienting your strategy with a high degree of market insight. - Formulate and execute cloud product sales strategies, effectively expand enterprise customers, ISVs, SIs and other diversified cooperation partners, and increase market share.
- Establish and maintain good cooperative relations with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and other international original manufacturers, and strive for resources, budgets and new business opportunities.
- Manage a business team of more than 2-5 people, including performance setting, talent development and daily operation management to ensure that the team achieves the set goals.
- Collaborate across departments to drive project progress and improve customer satisfaction with solution architects, marketing, project managers, and more.
- Assist with major client proposals, including quotation strategy development and bid management, to ensure smooth project execution and meet client needs.
- Regularly review your team's performance and sales funnel data to optimize your processes to meet revenue targets and improve overall efficiency.
- Analyze market trends and competitive conditions, and propose innovative sales strategies to respond to industry changes.
- Lead or participate in important business negotiations to ensure that the company's interests are maximized and long-term relationships are established.

- More than five years of sales experience in the IT or cloud industry, and more than two years of experience in AWS, Azure or GCP original factory docking is preferred.
- With team management experience, can effectively lead and cultivate more than 2-5 business colleagues to achieve team goals.
- Familiar with cloud business model, market dynamics and enterprise customer development process, and have the ability to independently develop large customers.
- Excellent business negotiation skills and cross-departmental collaboration experience can facilitate smooth internal and external communication.
- Upper intermediate level of English, able to independently conduct presentations and meetings (both written and spoken).
- AWS/Azure/GCP related cloud licenses are preferred, which is helpful for technical communication and project promotion.
- Those who are familiar with cloud co-marketing programs, MDF applications, and partner development strategies are preferred.
