What you'll do:

As a Sales Manager based in Taipei, you will play an integral role in driving the success of advanced smart surveillance systems and AIoT solutions across international markets. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing key accounts for innovative IP cameras and IoT modules while actively seeking out new business opportunities through market research and customer engagement. You will represent the organisation at global exhibitions, respond comprehensively to client inquiries such as RFQs/RFIs, and oversee new product introduction projects from concept through launch. By fostering close collaboration with internal teams and maintaining open lines of communication with customers worldwide, you will ensure that every solution delivered meets or exceeds expectations. Your ability to build trust-based relationships will be essential in sustaining long-term partnerships that contribute to both customer satisfaction and organisational growth.

  • Manage account sales activities for smart surveillance IP cameras, IoT control modules, connectivity solutions, and comprehensive AIoT smart home security offerings by engaging with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify emerging market trends and proactively develop potential customer bases through research, networking, and strategic outreach initiatives.
  • Plan and execute international business trips as well as coordinate participation in industry exhibitions to showcase product capabilities and expand the company’s global presence.
  • Respond thoroughly to RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and RFIs (Requests for Information), ensuring all client requirements are addressed promptly while supporting new product introduction projects from inception through delivery.
  • Cultivate strong, dependable relationships with customers by providing attentive service, timely communication, and tailored solutions that address their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and product management to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with client expectations.
  • Monitor competitive activity within the market landscape to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge in product offerings.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to inform internal stakeholders of progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support contract negotiations by providing accurate technical information and commercial insights that facilitate mutually beneficial agreements.

What you bring:

To excel as a Sales Manager in this forward-thinking organisation, you will bring an impressive track record of international sales success within the technology sector—particularly involving electronic system products manufactured under ODM or JDM frameworks. Your familiarity with Camera/AIoT/Networking solutions will enable you to understand complex client requirements quickly while proposing tailored offerings that address their unique challenges. Fluency in English is essential for navigating multicultural environments effectively; your high TOEIC score reflects your readiness for global engagement.   • At least seven years of proven experience in international sales roles with a focus on technology-driven products or services.
  • A minimum of five years’ background working with electronic system products under ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) or JDM (Joint Development Manufacturer) models.
  • Three or more years’ hands-on involvement with Camera, AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things), or Networking-related products within a commercial context.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in English with a TOEIC score of 800 or above, enabling effective communication across diverse cultural settings.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster trust-based relationships with clients from various backgrounds.
  • Strong organisational abilities allowing you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience planning overseas business trips and coordinating participation in major industry exhibitions or trade shows.
  • A collaborative approach that encourages teamwork across departments such as engineering, marketing, and operations.
  • Analytical thinking skills used to interpret market data, anticipate trends, and inform strategic decisions.
