【B2B】Sales Supervisor
A leading Chemical Manufacturing organisation seeks a Business-to-Business Sales Supervisor in Taiwan to drive notebook PC supply chain growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and lead high-performing sales initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team by fostering a customer-centric culture that drives collaboration, accountability, and business success
- Own key account management and business development initiatives within the notebook PC supply chain, identifying growth opportunities and expanding strategic customer partnerships
- Drive sales strategy, design-in activities, and project execution by aligning customer needs with commercial and technical solutions to secure new opportunities and strengthen market presence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, product management, operations, and technical support to deliver seamless solutions and maximise customer value
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and business performance to develop forecasts, strategic plans, and revenue growth initiatives while strengthening regional customer relationships
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Business, or related disciplines, with proven experience in sales within the consumer electronics supply chain, preferably supporting notebook PC customers
- Hands-on experience in design-in sales, account management, and business development within electronic materials, specialty chemicals, electronic components, modules, or related industries
- Strong exposure to regional and global customer environments, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multicultural teams and manage strategic customer relationships
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in team management preferred, or strong potential to coach, influence, and drive sales performance
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills; fluent English and willingness to travel frequently for customer engagement
