Sr. Sales Manager_ Semiconductor
A leading semiconductor company seeks a Senior Sales Manager in Taiwan to drive strategic ODM/OEM partnerships, accelerating next-generation AI, server, and data communications innovation.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive strategic sales and demand creation across key ODM/OEM accounts in Taiwan's AI, server, networking, and data communications sectors, securing design wins and delivering regional revenue growth
- Build and manage executive-level relationships with customers, design engineers, sourcing teams, and global clients to expand long-term partnerships and influence key technology adoption
- Own the end-to-end sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, forecasting revenue, and executing account strategies to achieve growth targets
- Partner cross-functionally with product management, marketing, engineering, and global sales teams to align commercial strategies, deliver technical solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Leverage semiconductor and system-level expertise to position advanced timing solutions, monitor market trends, and strengthen the company's competitive presence across strategic accounts
Candidate profile:
- 10+ years’ semiconductor sales experience, with a strong track record managing Taiwan-based ODM/OEM accounts in the AI, server, networking, or data communications sectors
- Proven success selling clock components, timing solutions, or analog semiconductor products, supported by strong knowledge of SoC architecture, system-level design, and timing integration
- Experience working in US-listed semiconductor companies and engaging global customers such as HP, Dell, Meta, Microsoft, and Cisco, with deep understanding of Taiwan's OEM–ODM ecosystem (e.g. Foxconn, Wiwynn, Quanta, Inventec, Wistron)
- Skilled in strategic account management, pipeline development, sales forecasting, demand creation, and driving regional business growth
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, consultative selling, executive stakeholder management, and excellent written and verbal English communication
