A leading global organisation is seeking a Senior Account Manager Lithography to join its team in Taipei, Taiwan. This opportunity offers the chance to drive revenue growth and strengthen strategic customer relationships.
Key responsibilities:
As a Senior Account Manager Lithography, you will drive customer growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and collaborate across multiple business functions to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
- Manage and grow strategic customer accounts by maintaining strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing long-term account growth plans aligned with customer technology roadmaps
- Build and execute account strategies through market analysis, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and sales forecasting to support revenue growth and business objectives
- Serve as a primary customer contact, responding to inquiries promptly, leading customer meetings, and facilitating discussions on pricing, supply continuity, product transitions, and long-term agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, supply chain, finance, legal, and engineering functions to ensure successful project execution and long-term account health
- Coordinate internal resources and response teams to address complex customer initiatives, technical concerns, product changes, and supply-related challenges
- Monitor industry developments, market trends, customer activities, and potential business risks, providing data-driven recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and account documentation while supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives and coaching team members on account management best practices
Candidate profile:
You are an experienced account management professional with strong lithography industry knowledge, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a collaborative approach to customer and stakeholder engagement.
- Any of the following qualifications: Associate’s degree with at least 10 years’ experience, Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years’ experience, Master’s degree with 4+ years’ experience, or an equivalent blend of education and professional experience
- Strong understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and customer needs, with the ability to identify opportunities and support business growth
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related business tools, with strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets while handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working in a dynamic customer-facing environment, including travel of approximately 10–25% for client meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Able to work effectively in office and customer environments, operate standard office equipment, and perform occasional physical tasks as required
