Regional Sales Manager
A leading medical technology organisation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in Taipei, Taiwan to drive regional commercial strategy and sales performance.

Key responsibilities:
As Regional Sales Manager based in Taipei, Taiwan, you will be responsible for guiding your commercial team towards achieving ambitious business goals through nurturing leadership and collaborative strategies.
- Lead and develop the regional commercial team to deliver revenue, profitability, and sustainable growth targets
- Partner with senior management to define and execute regional strategy, including sales planning, resource allocation, customer engagement, and market expansion
- Develop and deliver a forward-looking 12-month regional business plan aligned with corporate objectives and market opportunities
- Set clear KPIs and performance expectations, ensuring consistent execution through structured action plans and accountability for regional revenue goals
- Coach and mentor Area Account Managers to strengthen sales capability, territory management, customer engagement, and business development effectiveness
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy while ensuring efficient use of resources and supporting budget planning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, agents, and strategic partners, representing the business at key industry events and meetings
- Drive field leadership and operational excellence by conducting joint customer visits, ensuring compliance and CRM accuracy, resolving issues cross-functionally, and fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture
Candidate profile:
You are an experienced sales leader within the medical technology or healthcare sector with a strong track record of leading teams, driving commercial success, and developing talent in a customer-focused environment.
- Proven experience in leading regional or multi-market sales teams within medical technology, healthcare, or related industries
- Strong ability to develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with corporate objectives and regional market dynamics
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build dependable relationships across customers, partners, and internal teams
- Demonstrated capability in coaching, mentoring, and developing sales talent, including supporting training programmes and performance improvement
- Strong operational discipline with experience in CRM management, forecasting, pipeline management, and compliance with regulatory and company standards
