  • Manage key accounts with a focus on building long-term relationships, ensuring high levels of customer retention, satisfaction, and successful conversion of prospects into loyal clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal divisions and factory teams to align sales strategies with operational capabilities, ensuring product availability meets customer requirements seamlessly.
  • Develop, update, and maintain high-quality sales collateral—including presentations, product catalogues, and price lists—to enhance customer engagement and support business development activities effectively.
  • Analyse market trends regularly to inform targeted sales strategies while maintaining accurate sales reports and competitor analyses to stay ahead in the marketplace.
