Key responsibilities:
As a Sales Engineer Industrial Sector based in Taipei, you will drive business growth by managing distributor relationships, expanding market reach, and supporting key accounts within the industrial automation sector.
- Distributor Management & Development: Responsible for managing and developing distributors, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and exploring new sales markets
- Market & Business Development: Identify new industries and applications, detect market trends, and unlock the business potential of key accounts through comprehensive competitor analysis. Conduct market analysis and evaluate new products and applications
- CRM & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records, including client information, daily activity logs, and itineraries
Candidate profile:
You are an experienced industrial automation sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and a proven ability to manage distributor and key account networks effectively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Industrial Automation, Automation Control, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the industrial automation sector
- Skills: Proven capability and experience in distributor management and key account development
- Attributes: Driven, trustworthy, self-disciplined, and possessing high integrity and a strong spirit of teamwork
- Adaptability: Willing to travel and capable of working effectively under pressure
- Language: Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Software: Proficient in MS Office
