A global technology solutions provider seeks a Senior Account Executive to drive sales growth, manage enterprise relationships, and expand commercial and education accounts in Taiwan.

Key responsibilities:

As a Senior Account Executive, you will drive enterprise sales growth, manage key stakeholder relationships, and expand commercial and education accounts across Greater China.

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build pipeline and ensure customer success
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue performance on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and deal closure
  • Build strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Leverage CRM and sales enablement tools to manage pipeline and sales activities effectively
  • Strengthen executive engagement and elevate the company’s strategic presence within accounts

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring enterprise sales expertise, strong relationship-building skills, bilingual communication abilities, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ enterprise software sales experience
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Strong track record in pipeline development and managing the full sales cycle
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity, emotional resilience, and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Fluency in Chinese with business-level English proficiency and willingness to travel internationally
