  • Promote and expand the sales of Automated Reactors, In-situ FT-IR (ReactIR), In-situ Raman (ReactRaman), and In-line Particle Characterization tools throughout Taiwan by engaging with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical and energy industries.
  • Act as a technical consultant focused on Process Analytical Technology (PAT), providing tailored solutions for reaction kinetics and complex automated workflows to help clients optimise their research processes.
  • Support R&D accounts in implementing digitalised laboratory environments by advising on data modelling strategies and integrating advanced analytical technologies.
  • Collaborate directly with global subject matter experts to discuss application cases, gather product feedback, and develop competitive strategies that enhance market positioning.
  • Manage the territory across Taiwan by conducting site visits, delivering product demonstrations, offering technical support, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor offerings to differentiate the company’s solutions effectively while identifying new business opportunities within the region.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and technical challenges to inform strategic decision-making within the division.
  • Participate in industry events, seminars, and workshops to showcase products and build networks with potential clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product management, and technical support to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies during sales activities and client engagements.

What you bring:

To excel as an Application Sales Specialist – Auto Chemical Division, you bring a blend of academic achievement—such as a master’s degree or above—and hands-on experience selling or applying scientific instruments. Your fluency in English supports effective collaboration with international colleagues while your understanding of chemometric modelling positions you as a trusted advisor for digitalisation projects. You are comfortable operating laboratory equipment and interpreting complex data sets which enhances your credibility during client interactions. Your interpersonal skills enable you to nurture relationships across diverse teams while your commitment to ongoing learning ensures you stay at the forefront of industry advancements. Possessing a driver’s licence allows you flexibility when managing territory responsibilities throughout Taiwan.

  • Master’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science is required for this position as it ensures you possess deep technical knowledge relevant to the product portfolio.
  • Proven experience in scientific instrument sales or applications demonstrates your familiarity with client needs in laboratory settings; field service experience is highly preferred as it adds practical insight into customer support.
  • Fluency in English across listening, speaking, reading, and writing enables you to communicate effectively with global teams and clients; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous for local engagement.

  • Aptitude for chemometric modelling and data analysis software allows you to advise clients on optimising their research workflows using advanced analytical techniques.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and differentiate solutions from competitors shows your awareness of industry developments and strengthens your sales strategy.
  • Experience operating laboratory equipment along with skills in chemical analysis empowers you to deliver credible technical consulting services.
  • Competence in interpreting inspection reports ensures accurate communication of results to clients during demonstrations or troubleshooting sessions.
