Finance and Operations Senior Director

A leading global technology organisation seeks a Finance and Operations Senior Director in Taiwan to drive financial and operational transformation, accelerating strategic growth and operational excellence across global markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end financial strategy, leading planning, forecasting, budgeting, performance management, and board reporting to support strategic growth
• Lead commercial finance, using P&L analysis and SaaS metrics (ARR/MRR, churn, retention, LTV/CAC) to improve profitability and performance
• Ensure global financial governance, overseeing revenue recognition, financial controls, compliance, and corporate governance across international operations
• Direct global finance operations, managing tax, treasury, cash flow, multi-entity consolidation, transfer pricing, and foreign exchange
• Partner with senior leaders to shape investment decisions, optimise pricing and margins, and improve global supply chain performance
• Lead the Finance & Operations function, developing high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement across the organisation

Candidate profile:

• 15–20 years' finance leadership experience, with expertise in financial management, accounting, and business operations within complex, high-growth organisations
• Proven experience in consumer technology, including hardware-enabled software, SaaS, subscription, IoT, or global e-commerce environments
• Strong expertise in SaaS finance, including ARR/MRR, revenue recognition (ASC 606/IFRS 15), international tax, treasury, and multi-entity operations
• Proven leadership in high-growth environments, building high-performing teams and driving transformation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate financial insights into strategic decisions; English is essential, and Mandarin is an advantage
• MBA, CPA, or equivalent qualification is preferred; experience with legal compliance, data privacy, intellectual property, and contract management is a plus
