CFO

A leading technology manufacturer seeks a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in Taiwan to lead financial transformation, shape strategic direction, and drive long-term business growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the organisation's financial strategy, partnering with executive leadership on long-term planning, resource allocation, and strategic decisions that drive sustainable business growth
• Oversee the full finance function, including financial and management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, taxation, cash flow, working capital, financing activities, capital management, and financial reporting
• Drive profitability and operational excellence by optimising cost control frameworks, including BOM costing, manufacturing cost analysis, overhead management, and performance insights
• Strengthen financial governance by leading tax strategy, enterprise risk management, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and external audit and advisor relationships
• Champion finance transformation by leading ERP implementation and optimisation initiatives to enhance financial systems, reporting, and operational efficiency

Candidate profile:

• Bring extensive finance leadership experience within the manufacturing industry, supported by a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline; CPA or an equivalent qualification is preferred
• Demonstrate expertise in ERP platforms such as Odoo, Oracle, Dynamics, or Infor, with a strong understanding of manufacturing costing and financial systems
• Proven ability to lead financial strategy and operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, cost control, tax compliance, and business partnering in multinational environments
• Apply strong commercial and leadership capabilities across investment evaluation, M&A, CAPEX, financing strategies, capital management, and people leadership
• Communicate confidently in English and influence senior stakeholders, with IPO experience (TWSE, TPEx, or overseas listing) considered a strong advantage
