A global organisation seeks an Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager to support finance and audit work in a multinational environment with international collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

As Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager, you will manage finance operations, budgeting, capital allocation, and internal audits across overseas subsidiaries.

• Manage financial operations of overseas subsidiaries, including accounting, reporting, and compliance monitoring to ensure group financial health
• Lead treasury, capital allocation and cash flow management, including budgeting of funds and maintaining bank relationships to support operations
• Conduct internal audit projects, identify risks, propose improvements, and strengthen corporate governance and internal controls
• Prepare and track annual budgets, analyse financial reports, and support executive decision-making with strategic insights
• Coordinate external audits and cross-functional collaboration to ensure transparency, efficiency, and smooth project execution
