Treasury & Fintech Senior Manager

A leading e-commerce organisation seeks a Treasury and Fintech Senior Manager in Taiwan to drive treasury transformation, fintech partnerships, and payment automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cash management, including positioning, forecasting, reporting, payments, FX, fraud controls, and bank accounts
• Own payment settlement and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficient transaction flows
• Manage intercompany loans and settlements, tracking accrued interest and ensuring compliant cash flows
• Drive treasury automation, reporting, process improvements, controls, cost savings, and audit readiness
• Lead commercial relationships with banks, acquirers, gateways, and PSPs, negotiating rates and settlement terms
• Partner with regional teams to deliver payment integrations and methods, assessing market needs and financial impact

Candidate profile:

• 5+ years’ finance experience with strong treasury operations expertise
• Proven experience in bank relationship management, account setup, and maintenance
• Experience with treasury system automation, process improvement, and project implementation
• Exposure to payment facilitator activities, fintech compliance, and payment regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical judgement, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in matrix environments
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills, with fluent written and spoken English
