Accounting & Reporting Manager

A leading organisation in Taiwan is seeking an experienced Accounting and Reporting Manager to oversee end-to-end accounting, reporting, internal controls, and governance activities.

You will lead a capable team, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and continuous process improvement across the finance function. This role offers a strong platform to influence decision-making while contributing to a collaborative and supportive working environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Accounting & Reporting team, ensuring strong performance and collaboration
• Oversee the full accounting, reporting, internal control, and governance cycle end-to-end
• Ensure full compliance with applicable accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Manage tax planning and filings, cash management, forecasting, and audit preparation and responses
• Provide financial insights, advice, and recommendations to support informed business decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes, controls, and operational procedures
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, and lead or support key projects

Candidate profile:

• Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in Accounting
• Proven people management experience leading teams of 8+ members
• Business partnering experience is an advantage
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
• Excellent English communication skills (written, verbal, and reading)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
• Experience in SAP / Ding Xing systems and CPA qualification preferred
• Strong personal qualities including attention to detail, accountability, problem-solving ability, resilience, learning agility, collaborative mindset, and ability to drive compliance and change with a growth-oriented leadership approach
