What you'll do:

• Lead the Wi-Fi Software/Firmware Engineering Team to achieve department goals.
• Participate in Wi-Fi/BT software/firmware design, implementation, integration, validation and maintenance phases.
• Lead or participate in complex feature integrations/enhancements and Wi-Fi SoC bring up.
• Solve technical issues related to Wi-Fi/BT/BLE products.
• Research, design and develop industrial features and IEEE/WFA spec.
• Participate in the full life cycle of IC – spec designing, pre-silicon validation, chip bring-up, software development, customer engagement and support.
• Support customers remotely or onsite as needed.

What you bring:

• MS in EE, CE, or CS with 8+ years of related experience in the Wi-Fi field.
• Proficiency in C programming language.
• Strong embedded software development, integration, testing & troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with developing Wi-Fi (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax) firmware features.
• Experience on Linux / Android Wi-Fi driver programming.
• Experience with silicon bring-up and silicon validation.
• Knowledge of ARM assembly.
• Experience with PCIe/USB/SDIO bus interface.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
• Team player, Independent and self-motivated
